Another XBox update...
Well, I called Microsoft today as instructed.
They now tell me they haven't actually done any of the things they told me they were going to do (such as contact the service center and have UPS try to get the package).
They claim they will do it this time and I got to speak with what they called a supervisor.
They did, however, offer to give me a free game (Perfect Dark Zero) for all my trouble.
The supervisor told me to call tomorrow and check the status.
I'll be doing that, plus calling back a little later today to make sure they did in fact send a request to the service center unlike all those other times.
