The house gets repaired

My year warrenty on the house is about up, so I called and schelued to have Reliance send all the needed people out to fix everything up.
Most of the items needing to be repaired have been needing it since I closed on the house (installers damaging the drywall and places it was never patched to begin with, the carpet not installed well on some stairs, and the master bathroom toilet constantly flushes). Some of the dings in the walls have been made since then.

So, everyone but the plumber has shown up and mostly fixed their problems.
I should call the drywaller and have it come back out again since he missed a spot and didn't texture another.

After we repaint the walls, the house will be better than new!
