Microsoft lies again
Well, yesterday I was told I'd be sent a new XBox 360 and it should come by early next week.
Today, I called to get a tracking number just to find out it wasn't actually going to happen and nothing was done.
After a few calls and a lot of hold time, I got to the supervisor (the only one to have actually ever done a thing) that sent the e-mail to the service center on Monday.
I found out there still hasn't been a response.
So, she is going to send a new, high priority e-mail that includes a bunch of managers and higher ups to make sure that tomorrow at this time I get a new tracking number of a new XBox being sent.
Hopefully it actually happens. Since she is the only supervisor to have actually done anything to help me get an XBox, it does give me a little hope that she'll at least do what she says and send the e-mail.
Now I have to wait and find out if anyone cares about the e-mail she sends.
