Microsoft lies some more

Well, I called Microsoft this morning as they told me to do yesterday.
Found out they haven't had any updates or anything and that a supervisor would call UPS .
I was told to call back in two hours.
When I called back in two hours, they told me there was no record of me calling that morning and the supervisor let me know they aren't allowed to contact UPS.
The supervisor also told me that I have to wait 10 business days from when they shipped it for them to do anything. I now have to wait until the 23rd of this month which will mean they have had my XBox for a month before I find out it will take forever for them to send me a new one after I fill out claim forms.

In the mean time, I get to sit here and hope that it shows up at my house and I don't have to go through the missing claims.
