New upload page!

I just finished writing an upload page and so now you can upload your own photos.
Go here to upload your photos.

You enter a title, notes, and select a date. Then you select the photos you want to upload.
It will do everything else for you. It creates the correct folders, resizes the images (if needed) to 800x600, adds a blog post with a link to the pictures on the front page, and then sends you to the photos you just uploaded when it's done.
It will tell you if you try to create date and title that already exists, so you don't have to worry about ever overwritting other photos.

I need to do a new theme for the site to replace the Christmas one. When I do that, I'll add an Upload option next to Pictures on the site's menu.
